If I had a pound for everytime someone said to me in the clients chair, over the years that they just “don’t have the motivation”, I would be a very rich woman! To be honest, I think we often overuse this word “Motivation”. I am not even sure if it truly exists (story for another day). But, I appreciate that this concept is something that many people do grapple with and so I thought it would be worth exploring and offering up some guidance and support on this thing we wish we could bottle!
Motivation is the driving force behind our actions and behaviours. It determines our level of commitment, perseverance, and success in various aspects of life.
